For Eid Al Etihad we wanted to make a chocolate that tasted like home — not a postcard version of the UAE, but the real thing: the warm spice of an evening majlis, the floral lift of rosewater, the dense sweetness of a Khalas date eaten straight from the palm.

The collection contains three pieces, each one a riff on a single Emirati flavour. The saffron-rose ganache is built on a milk chocolate base from Ecuador — the brightness of the bean balances the heaviness of the saffron. The date caramel uses Al Foah Khalas dates pulped to a thick paste, then folded into a butter caramel and set with dark chocolate. The oud-spiced piece is the boldest of the three — single-origin 72% dark, infused with a touch of agarwood oil and finished with crushed pistachio.

Available in 9, 16, and 24-piece boxes through the end of the season.
