Where we deliver

Flat-rate shipping across all seven emirates. Rates and lead times come straight from our courier partners and update live.

  • Same-day where possible

    Orders placed before the cutoff hour above are dispatched the same day in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, subject to availability.

  • Pick your slot at checkout

    You'll choose a specific delivery date during checkout. We'll do our best to meet the window — couriers may shift it by a few hours in busy periods.

  • Public-holiday blackouts

    Some dates (Eid days, peak holidays, kitchen closures) are blocked at checkout. The earliest date you can select reflects this automatically.

  • Temperature-controlled

    Our couriers carry chilled or insulated containers in summer months so your chocolate arrives in the condition it left our kitchen.

02Returns

Our returns policy

Chocolate is a perishable, hand-finished product. For food-safety reasons we don't accept returns of opened items — but we'll always make it right if something arrives less than perfect.

    Tell us within 24 hours

    Reach out via /contact or WhatsApp with photos and your order number. The sooner we hear, the sooner we can put it right.

    We review

    A real human reads every report. We'll come back within one business day with next steps — usually a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

  3. 3

    Refunds, when needed

    Refunds go back to the original card via Amazon Payment Services. They typically land within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

03Damages

If something arrives damaged

It happens — Dubai summer, long lifts, careless couriers. Here's what to do.

  • Photograph everything

    Snap the box, the seal, and the affected pieces before unwrapping further. Photos help us file with the courier and process your replacement faster.

  • WhatsApp us first

    It's the quickest channel for damages. You'll find the number on our contact page.

  • Replacement on the next available slot

    If it's a gifting order, we'll prioritise the replacement and aim for same-day delivery wherever the courier slots allow.

04Gifting

Gift wrapping & cards

Most of our orders are gifts. Wrap is on the house.

  • Complimentary signature wrap

    Tick the gift-wrapping option at checkout — your order will arrive in our signature ribboned box at no extra charge.

  • Hand-written card

    Add a message at checkout (up to 300 characters) and we'll transcribe it onto a card in the box. No prices, names or invoice details are included with gifted orders.

  • Send straight to the recipient

    The shipping address can be anywhere in the UAE — it doesn't need to match the billing address.
