- 01What is your lead time for bespoke orders?
- Stock gift boxes ship in 2 weeks. Custom-printed sleeves take 3 weeks. Fully bespoke packaging is 6 weeks from approval of samples.
- 02How do you handle payment terms?
- A 50% deposit confirms the order; the balance is due before dispatch. We accept bank transfer, AED cheques, or credit card for amounts under AED 50,000.
- 03Can you ship outside the UAE?
- Yes — we deliver across the GCC via courier with cold-chain when required. International freight is quoted case-by-case.
- 04Is everything halal?
- Yes. Our entire production line is halal-certified and we hold a Dubai Municipality food-safety licence.
- 05Do you white-label for resellers?
- We do. White-label arrangements include a confidentiality clause and a separate production stream so your stock is not co-mingled with our retail.
